A wellness-centric approach will thus make one, more productive at work, help one to balance all aspects of one’s life. With improved productivity, the scope to increase earning is better. Increased affluence will serve its purpose only when the individual begins to nurture physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual dimensions. This is only an affirmation of our ancient wisdom; dharma, artha, kama, moksha.
